A rapidly growing business in Luton who has tripled their turnover in the last 2 years is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Luton.Due to our continued expansion, we have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. Working alongside the Operations and Finance Directors, you will ideally have relevant finance experience and will have line management responsibility.We are looking for an experience Management Accountant / Finance Manager to support and realise the exponential growth that the Leadership team envisage. This role will manage two accounts assistants and report directly to the FD.The role is varied and very fast-paced. Your duties would include, and not limited to: Month-end Management Accounts preparation Monthly Management Accounts Pack (PandL and Balance sheet) FD, Ops and SLT Reviews Intercompany Sales and Recharges within the Group Banking and Treasury Weekly Payment Run Line Managing and Supporting the teams'' development Bookkeeping for Investment Companies Annual Budget preparation with the support of the FD Improving data and processes in financial systems Daily and Weekly Occupancy reporting Managing and overseeing Onboarding, Standing Orders, Bank Statements Improving processes collaboratively with SLT Supporting the FD with Scale-up Growth project What we re looking for: Minimum 3 years of financial experience Looking for a solo self-sufficient Management Accountant with Line Manager responsibilitie
