Chipper / Grounds Maintenance Start Date: 1st April 2026 Location: Bromsgrove, Redditch, and surrounding areas The Role: You will be responsible for chipping cut branches, ensuring sites are left tidy, and performing general grounds maintenance such as strimming and weeding. Mandatory and Desired Qualifications To be successful in this specific seasonal role, you must meet the following criteria: Woodchipper "Ticket" (Essential): While some roles offer training, most specifically require a "Chipper Ticket" or proof of competency in operating the machinery safely. NPTC Level 2 (Highly Desirable): NPTC Level 2 Award in the Safe Use of a Woodchipper. Driving Licence (Essential): A full UK Driving Licence is mandatory for travel between various work sites across the region. Physical Fitness: You must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding manual tasks.
