Civil Litigation Lawyer

Rate: -4555 per hour - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish.
• Conduct advocacy in court and tribunals where required.
• Draft key legal documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.

About You

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX in England & Wales.
• Have strong experience handling civil litigation matters within a local authority or similar environment.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of civil procedure and court processes.
