Looking ahead and planning all aspects of the project, identifying challenges and bringing imaginative and cost-effective solutions to the tableWorking within current legislation, standards and codes of practice where neededLooking to eliminate health and safety and financial risk during constructionKeeping a good flow of quality information to ensure pace with the project timescaleHaving the ability to build good solid relationships with all stakeholders and have open and clear dialogueWHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Ability to work equally well as part of a team or on your ownAbility to communicate at all levels and be understoodA broad understanding of alternative forms of procurement, to include frameworks, negotiated and 2 stage tendersEXPERIENCE

Understanding of traditional construction and DandBThorough understanding of CDM regulationsKnowledge of software – for example BIM and 4Projects
