Abundantia Care is Residential Children''s Home service in Doncaster, established in 2021 and has been operational for three years, achieving an ''Outstanding'' in the most recent Ofsted inspection. We are looking for individuals to join a highly valued team, and progress in the growth of Abundantia Care to a new home opening soon.We are currently looking to recruit full time residential support workers to work across our current provisions and future new provisions in Doncaster. The homes have a maximum capacity of 2, caring for those with Social, Emotional and Behavioural needs. This is an exciting time to join, with multiple career progression opportunities for all with clear development plans.We are looking for team members that are driven, have good work ethic, work well as part of a team, ability to appropriately challenge, child focussed and reflective.
