A leading asset management firm is seeking an experienced individual to join the Investment team to help drive and oversee the ESG integration in the investment process. This position will play a vital role in influencing Portfolio Managers and Analysts to assess the implications of sustainability issues for investment decisions.The main responsibilities include:Work closely with Portfolio Managers to build a detailed understanding of their investment process/philosophy and assess how sustainability analysis can enhance returns for investors.Continuously promote awareness of sustainability tools within the investment business.Attend investment meetings and discuss sustainability topics.Coach fundamental analysts to ensure that ESG issues are analyzed and included in their output.The successful candidate will have:Proven experience and background in the investment industry as a Portfolio Manager or Research Analyst.Passion for responsible investing.Understanding of ESG drivers.
