We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our payroll operations in the UK and Ireland.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, international environment where accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration are key.What You''ll Be Doing:As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring payroll data is accurately collected, processed, and validated in line with each country''s payroll cycle. Key responsibilities include:Gathering and checking payroll data from Workday before submitting it to our payroll providers.Running validation reports and spotting any errors before payroll is processed.Supporting managers and employees with payroll-related questions in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLA).Partnering with management teams, offering guidance and training to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.Collaborating with payroll providers to quickly resolve any issues.Reviewing payroll reports and payment files to ensure everything is correct.Managing bonus payments, salary reviews, and responding to ad-hoc requests.Keeping our payroll Knowledge Base up to date with country-specific processes.Helping with systems testing, payroll-related projects, and train
