We are assisting a Local Authority in the appointment of an experienced Residential Resource Worker to join their Childrens Social Services in Middlesbrough. As a Residential Resource Worker, you will play an essential part in providing direct care and effective support to young people in our short break home to enable them to achieve positive outcomes in line with their childcare personal plan.
