You will help maintain a safe, nurturing space, encourage positive behaviours, and support the development of independent living skills.Key Responsibilities: Deliver care and support to young people within residential settings Assist with daily routines, personal care, and social activities Implement care plans to support individual needs and personal development Maintain a safe environment and follow safeguarding procedures Manage challenging behaviours with empathy and resilience Keep accurate records of daily activities and support provided Work collaboratively with staff to promote the well-being of children and young peopleEssential Criteria: Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent Proven experience in children s residential support work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive, patient,
