As Vice President, you will play a key role in managing complex situations across the firm’s investment portfolio, driving performance improvement, and supporting value creation initiatives. The role offers significant visibility, working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Lead restructuring initiatives across portfolio companies, including turnaround strategies and performance improvement plansPartner with investment teams to assess risk, opportunities, and portfolio healthDrive analytical and strategic initiatives to maximize value in challenged or distressed situationsCollaborate with management teams, advisors, and stakeholders to execute restructuring strategiesMonitor portfolio company performance and provide actionable insights to leadershipContribute to the development and execution of the wider portfolio management strategyWhat We’re Looking For

7–12 years of experience in restructuring, special situations, turnaround, or portfolio managementBackground in investment banking, consulting, or private equity with restructuring expertiseProven ability to analyze complex financial and operational challenges and implement actionable solutionsStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly motivated, entrepreneurial, and disciplined with strong commercial acumenDegree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced qualifications (CFA, MBA) preferredWhy Join?
