You ll provide expert engineering and MandE leadership, ensuring technical excellence, full statutory compliance, and strategic maintenance planning across a range of high-end assets. This role offers strong exposure, progression, and development within a dynamic, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct engineering site audits, technical surveys, and lifecycle/PPM reports. • Deliver comprehensive MandE management HVAC, life safety, and plant systems. • Review and manage engineering and business risk, ensuring full compliance. • Project manage technical upgrades, refurbishments, and lifecycle works. • Monitor and improve contractor and supplier performance against KPIs/SLAs. • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts within agreed targets. • Provide technical support and advice to wider asset and FM teams nationally. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to ensure operational excellence. • Identify cost-saving and efficien
