Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Support the Head of Manufacturing to run the Manufacturing workshop.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Manage resources effectively, including people, equipment and budgets, to meet delivery targets
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality across the shop floor
• Coach, mentor and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong background working in Welding, Fabrication and Assembly environments.
• Degree or HNC qualified in Engineering discipline
• Lean Six Sigma certified.
• Eligibility to undergo SC Clearance.

Salary: -60k - -65k
Working Hours: 4 day working week! Monday - Thursday, Full Time.
