Balanced rota: 2 days off per week, early or late shifts depending on service. The Food Fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with meat, eggs and much of the veg from our own farm. British/Welsh cuisine with modern influences, renowned Sunday roasts and steaks. Sous Chef Role Support the Head and Senior Sous Chef in leading the kitchen team. Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across services. Work with fresh, seasonal produce to deliver innovative and memorable dishes. Take ownership of a section, support junior chefs, and contribute to menu planning. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen organisation.
