technical lead

within a high-performing analytics team, driving the development and enhancement of enterprise-wide BI solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, design and deliver dashboards, and ensure robust, high-quality data to support evidence-based decisions.You’ll work with leading BI technologies including

Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite

and

Tableau , while also supporting key projects such as the transition from

Tableau Server to Tableau Cloud .What you’ll be doing:Designing and implementing data models and BI solutions to meet business needsLeading on student number intake and population modelling projectsDeveloping impactful dashboards and reports for senior leadershipRunning stakeholder workshops and demonstrations to embed data-driven cultureSupporting the migration of BI platforms and ensuring best practice in governanceDeputising for senior leaders within the team when requiredWhat we’re looking for:Strong experience with

Microsoft SQL Server

and

Tableau (ideally Tableau Cloud)A track record of managing the full BI and Data Warehouse lifecycleExcellent stakeholder management skills – able to influence at senior levelsStrong problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilitiesAbility to work independently, balance competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPrevious exposure to the Higher Education sectorKnowledge of enterprise applications such as HR or Finance systemsExperience working in a project-based settingThis is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative, solutions-focused team where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact.
