Due to contract awards they are looking for a Foot Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in Central London, zones 1 and 2. Role Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM''s Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports. Checking UPS systems Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc Changing lamps Changing / cleaning filters Minor alterations to BMS set points. Location Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in London, Zones 1 and 2, Travel card provided. Experience required Electrical / HVAC Building services maintenance background. Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge Electrical NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition. Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic or install). Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
