Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for a Document Controller to join

This role is working for a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor who are looking for a Document Controller working on an aviation project.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

For this role the Document Controller will be undertaking the following duties:

• Contact suppliers to enquire the status of purchase orders in progress and confirm delivery dates
• To receive and check employee’s new starter check forms and enter the details into the recording system.
• Collate, update and send out 'daily email' to project management. To answer the telephone and take messages

The Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project must have:

• At least five years’ experience of project administration and experience
• Experience on large projects desirable.

Rates & Shift pattern:

Competitive Salary

Mon-Fri,  8am-5pm
