What you will do as a

Quality ManagerLead the charge on continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning, partnerships and corporate services

Track achievement, retention and destination data like a quality detective, always looking for the next improvement opportunity

Design and implement a Corporate Services Quality Framework

Manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes

Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure every learner gets a top-tier experience

Support inspections and external quality assurance visits and always ensure you\''re "inspection ready"!

Manage the college\''s complaints and compliments process with fairness, speed and a touch of diplomacy

Experience/Qualifications of a Quality Manager

Proven experience working in an apprenticeships (essential)

Experience in adult learning, partnerships or corporate services quality (desirable; training and support can be provided)

A Level 5 teaching qualification and a head for data, detail and deadlines

A calm, clear communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders

Be a creative thinker who sees quality not as a checklist, but as a culture

Have a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement

Apprenticeship experience is an essential requirement for this role. We can provide training and development for the other areas of responsibility (adult learning, partnerships and corporate services) if required.
