Were looking for an experienced Head Chef

youll need to have worked with fresh ingredients, be calm under pressure, know how to control your margins and be at your happiest when training, inspiring and developing a happy team. Ideally youll have worked in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment, so wed love to hear from you if youve been the Kitchen Manager or Head Chef of a restaurant or gastro pub.
