Key Responsibilities:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their individual learning needs are met
• Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning resources to suit individual students'' requirements
• Help students to develop their social and emotional skills
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
• Provide feedback to teachers and SENCO on student progress and areas for improvement
• Support students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Assist with personal care where needed (depending on student needs)
