This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the South of England. Role Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial fit-out projects. You will work closely with the Pre-Construction and Project teams, contributing to the company s ongoing success in securing new business. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for Cat A, Cat B, and refurbishment projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate take-offs. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date quotations and pricing. Support in value engineering and offering alternative solutions to drive cost efficiency. Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required. Work closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers. Maintain and update internal pricing databases and cost libraries.
