Overview
1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst – on-site in Worcestershire. The role is part of a small IT team and requires IT support and troubleshooting skills.Responsibilities
Provide 1st/2nd line IT support and troubleshooting assistance.Handle Office 365 and Azure related tasks.Manage hardware installs, hardware repair and troubleshooting.Support Windows environments and multiple devices (iOS/macOS/Android).Respond to tickets and use ticketing systems; assist with remote support as needed.Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes.Documentation of processes and solutions.Support workspace devices and accounts management.Essential Skills / Qualifications
