About The Role

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you\''ll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is part of our commitment to delivering first-class care and support.Responsibilities

Ensure a clean, well-maintained environment across the care home, including gardens and grounds.Fix leaky taps and handle a range of maintenance tasks as needed.Lead a maintenance team and support the General Manager with annual budget planning.Liaise with contractors for work outside the team\''s area of expertise.About You

Hands-on property maintenance experience with at least one trade skill and ideally a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.Reliable and flexible with working hours.Full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).Rewards Package
