Role: Network Design EngineerInterview process: Tech InterviewLocation: Bolton 2x a Week, Rest RemoteRate: £623 Inside IR35 CONTRACTOR MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE AND BE A SOLE UK NATIONAL Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Fibre Optic Learning andamp; Development engagement for a defence-sector client. This role combines technical expertise in fibre optics with instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Consultancy andamp; Analysis Conduct on-site assessment of existing fibre optic systems, processes, and practices across manufacturing, test, and design teams. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce a detailed findings and recommendations report. Training Design andamp; Development Define learning outcomes based on consultancy insights. Design a tailored training package for three distinct teams (Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Design). Develop supporting materials such as guides, checklists, and reference documents. Training Delivery Facilitate a hands-on training session for selected engineers. Ensure knowledge transfer and enable internal capability building. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with client stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Provide regular updates and incorporate feedback into the training solution. Post-Training Support Offer light-touch
