This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the growing demand on National Grid projects, with a focus on the Bramford Substation in Suffolk. Your Role: As a Site Manager, you will be instrumental in the safe and sustainable delivery of on-site construction works . You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive the project forward and ensure that all activities are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all site-based construction activities. Deliver works safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget. Provide partial accountability for all project phases: initiation, planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning, and handover. Oversee and optimise site resources and workforce. Maintain accurate and timely project records and documentation. Foster a positive team culture and support the wellbeing and development of staff on-site. Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support the Project Manager/Director to achieve project goals. Act as a change agen
