Part Time Accounts Coordinator

Part Time Accounts Coordinator Fleet Permanent 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 18,240 - 20,270 Our client, based in Fleet, have a wonderful opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join their small and friendly team, on a permanent basis. This role requires someone to commit to working Monday-Friday, for 25 hours per week. We are looking for positive applicants, who can demonstrate having previously worked in a role requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Are you able to commit to working Mon-Fri (25 hours per week)? Do you have previous accounts administration experience? Would you describe yourself as having strong numeracy skills as well as good accuracy and attention to detail? Do you live within close, commutable distance to Fleet? Duties will include: Raising Customer invoices and statements using QuickBooks accounting software Processing Supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expense claims using QuickBooks accounting software Liaising with Customers and Suppliers with regard to invoices and outstanding payments Generating reports from QuickBooks and providing insights to management as needed Requirements: Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook Basic knowledge of QuickBooks would be an advantage but not a necessity In line with GDPR regulations, we are making you aware that to proceed with y
