Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Day Shift (Mon-Fri) Turner Programmer Setter Operator. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CNC Turner, able to read and programme in Fanuc. Experience of using Twin-Spindle or Twin-Head machines will be an advantage KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES CNC Turning / Machine Programming / Setting and Operating Programming primarily using Fanuc Manufacturing components to tight tolerances Operating Twin-Spindle or Twin-Head Machines Setting and operating 5 axis machines Using Live Tooling for Milled features Maintain and managing own supply of consumables Interpreting and working to Engineering drawings QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES ESSENTIAL Time served apprenticeship in CNC Turning Demonstrable post apprenticeship experience in a similar CNC turning and Programming / Setting and Operating role Experience programming and setting twin spindle lathes Ability to read and program using Fanuc Able to interpret engineering drawings DESIRABLE NOT ESSENTIAL Able to use FeatureCam software / HNC, HND or similar / Experien
