The Role: Plan and schedule daily deliveries using route optimization toolsLiaise with drivers and customer service teams to ensure delivery performanceDe-brief drivers and review delivery reports regularlyPrepare and maintain key operational reports COD, failed deliveries, temperature, KPI s, and other spreadsheetsMaximize route efficiency and minimize failed deliveries through effective planningManage delivery and collection bookings for internal and third-party fleetsCoordinate with 3rd party hauliers where requiredEnsure credit stop lists are cleared and daily reporting completedEscalate and resolve any service or fleet issues promptly About You: Experienced in transport planning, ideally with PTV Route OptimizerConfident using SAP and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of multi-temperature delivery vehicles and compliance requirementsExcellent geographical knowledge and ability to plan routes cost-effectivelyStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsCollaborative team player with clear communication and attention to detail This role works to a Sunday- Thursday shift pattern so you must be comfortable with this and able to
