The position requires strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills to ensure projects run smoothly and residents are kept informed throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate project records, communication logs, and documentation systemsDraft clear and professional correspondence to residents and stakeholdersPrepare and distribute bulk communications regarding surveys, appointments, and scheduled worksManage incoming calls and arrange appointments efficientlyEngage directly with residents to understand and manage individual needs and expectationsOrganise and schedule property surveys and access appointmentsTrack and manage appointments, ensuring compliance with site access and security proceduresRecord, monitor, and report on issues raised by residents, ensuring timely resolutionWork
