TITLE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer-

SALARY: -45-55K DOE
Bonus scheme totalling 5%-15% additional pay

ROLE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer-

As Fire Safety Surveyor/ Engineer you will demonstrate strong report writing and surveying skills. Working from home and travelling to perform on site inspections.
You will produce reports in line with regulations. Advise on building design and materials to reduce the risk of fires starting and spreading. Producing on external wall analysis, fire strategies, fire risk assessments, and 3D evacuation modelling.
You will mainly visit sites in London and Home Counties.

EXPERIENCE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer-

Ideally you will have previously worked as a fire engineer performing external wall surveys. Alternatively you could have RICS membership and experience surveying or be in a building control role. You should be familiar fire safety regulations and their application to fire strategies. Any experience working in structural engineering, architecture or surveying would be beneficial to your application. You will have a MSc or PhD in Fire Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Structural Engineering or a related field.
