A leading business services company are looking for an internal comms manager to join on a 12 month FTCClient DetailsBusiness services company in LondonDescriptionDevelop and implement communication plans for internal communication to support increased employee engagementDevelop and publish a range of internal communications Develop effective communication channels and content to communicate with employees, such as newsletters, brochures, fact sheets, social media and digital content and other communication materialsEnsure all communication complies with business requirements and corporate/brand policiesProactively develop our network of Communications ChampionsWork closely with HR colleagues to support the delivery of appropriate recognition schemes and promotion of employee benefitsManage external events aligned to the marketing strategy of the business, as when and requiredManage internal events, such as monthly business update calls and our annual management conferenceProfileAs Internal Communication Manager, you will have excellent written and visual display skills, copy writing and editing skills with proven experience of using effective internal communication to support increased employee engagement.
