You will manage your own caseload and work closely with experienced colleagues, using specialist case management software to deliver a high standard of client care.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a caseload of wills, powers of attorney and estate administrationsPreparing and progressing probate and associated legal documentationLiaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties in a professional and empathetic mannerSupporting the wider Probate team and contributing to the continued growth of the departmentAbout YouWe are looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for Wills and Probate / Private Client law.Ideally, you will have:Previous hands-on legal sector experience, preferably in a Probate or Private Client environmentWe will also consider candidates without direct experience, provided you have:A law degree, CILEx qualification (or equivalent), and/orAre currently studying for the LPC or SQE, andCan clearly demonstrate a sincere interest in building a career in Probate law (rather than simply seeking to "get a
