You will be based at home travelling to customer sites to drive new business and manage existing clients.Role and Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy DevelopmentConduct thorough market research to identify key players, potential clients, and market trends.Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the market within Lift Control Systems and Elevator Door equipment, including any new products.Sales and Client AcquisitionIdentify and target elevator installers, consultants, and other potential clients in the designated territory.A strong focus required on consultantsBuild and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the companyNegotiation and Deal ClosureLead negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements with clients.Quotation creation.Close deals and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.Customer Relationship ManagementRetain and grow with existing customers.Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns.Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.Collaboration and CoordinationCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments.LinkedIn presence to be utilised, with regular promotional posts added.Knowledge, Skills and Experience
