White Horse Employment are working with a leading automotive business based in Weston-Super-Mare to aid their search for a Management Accountant. This role plays a crucial part within the finance team and will have a heavy focus on improving processes within the department. This business has seen significant growth in the last few years across their multiple sites and only look to continue this in the future. They have a heavy emphasis on their people and this role will provide you with great development opportunities. A day-to-day could include: Preparing the monthly management accounts and delivering them to key stakeholders within the business. Completing balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare the annual budgets and forecasts. Assessing the processes within the finance team and identifying ways to improve them. Assisting the wider finance team where required. We are looking for someone who is either AAT fully qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified who wants to come in and hit the ground running within this role. You will gain great experience working with a multi-site business within their head office.
