Role snapshot Set up/change over extrusion lines (tips/dies, temperature zones, line speed, haul-off), monitor OD/concentricity and insulation/sheath quality, respond to gauges/spark testers, complete safety checks and records. Ideal backgrounds (transferable) Wire and cable extrusion, medical/small-bore tubing, hose/profile extrusion; familiarity with pay-off/take-up, preheaters, cooling troughs, capstans, and inline QA (e.g., Sikora/Zumbach).
