Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a well-established subcontractor to recruit an experienced Reactive Maintenance Operations Manager / Head of Maintenance on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering fast-paced, reactive maintenance services across both domestic and commercial properties throughout London. IMPORTANT: Must have experience managing a maintenance team across multiple sites to a level of (Apply online only) call outs per week. The Role: This is a hands-on operations role where you will be responsible for setting up and managing systems and processes for the maintenance division, as well as overseeing a team of Engineers, managing a planner/coordinator and an administration assistant. The role covers emergency and reactive repair work and will require strong leadership, technical understanding, and exceptional organisational skills.
