An exciting opportunity to work with Eldon Housing in our Asset and Facilities Management Team. This role will oversee and manage our contractual responsibilities to Caring for Croydon (C4C), ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value for money. The postholder will lead and motivate the C4C Facilities Team to provide a professional and robust Facilities Management service. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage our contractual responsibilities to C4C, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value for money.

Lead and motivate the C4C Facilities Team to provide a professional and robust Facilities Management service.

Ensure good partnership and stakeholder relationships are maintained.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing PFI contracts and working within strict service agreements.

Strong leadership skills.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
