Our client has received a care inspectorate ratings of "5" with the care inspectorate which they are very proud of.You will either be interested in working in : Dunfermline area (Oakley Comrie, Rosyth, Dalgety Bay, Inverkeithing) OR Lochgelly, Lochore, Cowdebeath and KeltyReporting into your Team Leader/Manager ,you will be providing personal care and support to people who require additional support within their own homes. Key duties will include: Provide support to individuals, helping them to maintain independence in their own homesPromote independence in daily tasks whilst ensuring policy and procedures are metSupport and assist individuals with personal care in accordance with their care plansSupport individuals in maintaining a clean and tidy home environmentTo be suitable for this challenging and rewarding role you will have the following skills, experience and key attributes: Ideally experience in a care related role but not essential as training will be givenBe a kind, caring and compassionate personHave good timekeeping skills, and be a reliable personHave your own transport and valid UK driving licenceA SVQ or HNC/D in Social care is desirable and would qualify you to get paid the higher rate.
