Environmental Health Officer (EHO):- The EHO is responsible for investigating complaints, conducting inspections, and enforcing legislation across a range of regulatory functions, including food safety, housing, health and safety, pollution control, and nuisance. The role includes preparing legal evidence, advising the public, engaging in partnership work, and contributing to strategic plans and statutory returns.
