This role involves operating pre-set machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring consistent quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery that has been pre-set by skilled technicians or settersLoad and unload materials and components into machinesMonitor machines to ensure smooth and continuous productionIdentify and report faults, stoppages, or quality issuesCarry out basic visual quality checks on finished productsAssist with packing, labelling, and moving finished goodsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work areaFollow all health and safety procedures and company policies Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience working in a manufacturing or shop floor environment preferredFLT (Forklift Truck) licence desirable but not essentialAbility to follow instructions and work to standard proceduresGood attention to detail and quality awarenessReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamWillingness to work shifts and overtime where required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periodsAbility to lift and move materials Good hand-eye coordination What We Offer Competitive salaryOvertime and shift allowances (where applicable)Full training providedSupportive team environmentOpportunities
