What You''ll Be Doing:
You''ll join a dedicated Business Analysis Practice and help drive the design, development, and delivery of improved digital and automated services. Working across a broad organisational landscape, you''ll gather and analyse requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
- Working with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
- Supporting the delivery of automation and service improvement initiatives
- Applying analysis techniques such as user journeys, personas, and stakeholder mapping
- Contributing to projects delivered through Agile, Waterfall, or blended methodologies
- Identifying benefits, risks, and potential impacts to support decision-making
- Encouraging innovation and promoting best practices in service design and delivery

We''re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Experience working in or with complex organisations
- Confidence in handling both qualitative and quantitative data
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as Agile and Waterfall
