Support with note taking and diary management across the Climate Action Advisor projectCreating action advice documents for schools and distributing relevant advice to engaged schools with the Climate Action SpecialistScheduling and logistics for Climate Action Advisor meetings, collaboration across team and training days, online and in-personSupporting reports on school engagement and impact measurement of actions, led by Project ManagerSupport Climate Action Advisors with collecting, writing and uploading school case studies and distribute relevant internal communications with Climate Action Advisors networkManaging records through the CRM systemManaging GDPR requirements for information collected for case studiesAttending relevant network and coalition meetings on behalf of the Let’s Go Zero teamWorking with the wider programme team at times of high workload (e.g. Awards call for entries)About You
