You''ll work closely with the bid team, validate assessments, support invoicing, and mentor assessors to exceed delivery targets.Key Responsibilities - FRA Manager- Lead and manage a team of remote Fire Risk Assessors across the UK- Validate FRA reports (Tier 2 or Tier 3 level) and ensure quality assurance- Drive team productivity and ensure work flows exceed targets- Support bid team with tender submissions and technical input- Engage with clients and ensure high levels of service delivery- Oversee invoicing accuracy and operational coordination- Mentor, coach, and develop assessors to maintain standards and compliance- Occasionally visit clients
