You will work for the contract caterers and based at a local manufacturing site in cross hands. Main Duties: Food preparation and volume cooking Must have great kitchen skills and be able to produce quality food in high volumes to high standards You will be working with fresh ingredients from the best Welsh suppliers to deliver fantastic quality meals Ensuring food safety is adhered to Working with app ordering systems Work to company KPIs'', systems and procedures The ability to manage GP margins, costs, wastage, stock control and ordering Working as part of a team and supervising a team of staff FlexibilityCandidate Requirements:- Previous experience working in a Chef Manager or head chef role Previous experience working for a contract caterers desirable Able to cook at Volume without compromising quality A hands-on approach and can-do attitude Driven and wants the opportunity to be part of a well-regarded b
