Anne Corder Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected business that is expanding its internal sales function. We are seeking a Senior Internal Sales Executive to join their successful and growing team.
 
The Role:
As a Senior Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to drive growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a proactive sales environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts
• Proactively contacting customers to identify new opportunities
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, leading by example
• Maintaining accurate customer data within the CRM system
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on sales activity

We are looking for a sales professional with:

• A proven track record in internal sales, account management, or telesales
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
• A positive and proactive approach to sales
• A technical mindset or experience selling technical products would be advantageous but is not essential
