�� Key Responsibilities

• Lead your shift with confidence, positivity, and compassion
• Provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each resident
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement care plans
• Continuously learn and evolve to deliver outstanding care

�� About You Personal Qualities: Warm, approachable, friendly, and positive
Knowledge & Qualifications: Valid NMC registration; ongoing professional development; strong person-centred care understanding
Skills & Experience:

• Confident in leading night shifts
• Experience in dementia or end-of-life care
• Skilled in building positive relationships
• Familiar with electronic care planning (PCS desirable)
• Committed to high-quality care
