Sales Operations Executive (Hybrid-Working!)
Our client, a leading Retail company based in Croydon, are looking to recruit a personable, experienced Sales Operations Executive to join their growing team. Offering a very competitive £35,000 salary and the opportunity to work one day a week from home, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!Our client are the number one in the UK for what they do, and are an excellent client of ours. We have placed 15 candidates in both the Customer Service and Sales teams over the course of our 12-year relationship with the business, and they are now looking to continue their growth. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Reviewing and qualifying business leads / assigning them to the correct sales team member- Handling existing client sales queries (managing accounts to ensure satisfaction with solutions, etc)- Conducting market research to identify optimum business customer profiles- Developing and managing CRM workflows- Building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales performance- Partnering with sales leadership to track KPI''s and identify trends- Building and maintaining high quality lead lists for the wider sales team- Monitoring any inbound lead issues/bottlenecks to management- Assisting sales team with more complex quotes/sales documentation- Helping to coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth progression of deals through the pipeline- Providing administrative support to the sales team (including preparation of
