Accounts Administrator Aberdeen Fixed Term Contract (circa 12 Months) up to £30,000 DOE Your new company Hays are delighted to be supporting a locally established organisation in their immediate requirement for an Accounts Assistant to join the small finance operations on a fixed term contract basis. Due to upcoming long term leave, the requirement for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in finance administration has become available.Your new role In your new role, you will be a positive support to wider business operations by taking a proactive responsibility in raising purchase orders, processing purchase ledger invoices, managing financial data entry onto the accounting software as well as supporting in daily administrative tasks. You will be expected to confidently work in a transactional finance facing role with additional responsibilities such as answering incoming calls, managing mailboxes and processing documents when required.What you''ll need to succeed To succeed, you will demonstrate a core understanding and practical knowledge of finance administration tasks including invoice and data management, as well as being confident to deal with internal and external stakeholder queries. This role will suit someone who is confidently able to multitask, meet strict deadlines and work collaboratively with a wider team.
