OverviewThe Role:

Group Accountant (Part Qualified)

The Client:

Real Estate Investment firm

The location:

London City Centre (4 days in office)

Responsibilities

Assist with the corporate finance matter including entity-level reporting, treasury management

Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting and further ad hoc tasks requested from stakeholders

Support on consolidated Group reports to Senior Management including Management accounts, regulatory reporting

Prepare variance analysis and reporting to date vs forecasts

Assist in the preparation of quarterly CFO papers for Global Executive Committee

Co-ordinate with other stakeholders like Tax, Reg Reporting team etc

Assist with projects and any system implementations

Qualifications

Part Qualified (ACCA / CIMA)

Experience in a similar position, dealing with management accounts, FPandA and dealing with senior stakeholders

Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not a necessity

Strong Microsoft skills (Excel and Office)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
