Work includes income and capital taxes planning for wealthy families, shareholder planning, exit strategies for business owners, property-related advice, residence/domicile issues, PE work and IHT succession planning.The team is busy, growing and keen to appoint an additional CTA at Senior Manager level. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW international private clients, as their key trusted adviser. This will include overseeing their annual compliance (managing a team of junior tax advisers), but predominantly involve identifying and advising on ad hoc personal tax planning projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work with experienced partners and to build a name for yourself in the region.The role would suit a London an experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking to pursue their Private Client Tax career outside the Capital. Alternatively, a CTA from a strong regional practice locally. Either way, support will be provided with progression towards AD and Director grades.
