We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a social housing contract in the Enfield area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 3 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential. 

The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £665 a week take hme. 

Requirements:

• Social housing experience 
• Carpentry Qualification
• Full UK driving licence 
• Own tools
